On-line Certification Exam
As science, technology and management practices change at an ever-increasing rate, a gap is formed between the foundation provided by an academic education and the technical and management competencies required in today's technical and business environment. The Radiochemistry Society Professional Certification Programs were established to bridge this education gap.
Your achievement of Radiochemistry Society Professional Certification documents your expertise and recognizes your personal commitment to your professional development. Additionally, the Radiochemistry Society provides a strong collective entity through which individuals are rewarded financially and professionally.
The online certification exam consists of:
- 50 Short Answer Questions, 100 points maximum (2 points each)
- 2 Essay Questions concerned with your thoughts and a listing of your experience, 20 points maximum
* Minimum Score of 105 points is required.

Requirements (brief):
A minimum of a two year associate degree in science, chemistry, physics, biology, or other science related area or four years equivalent experience along with two years of documented laboratory experience in performing various general tasks in the following areas: general laboratory solution preparation, sample preparation, separation chemistry, nuclear counting.
** Note: if you have previously taken the Fundamentals of Radiochemistry course and meet the requirements, you are elgible to take the Certification Exam.
After registering you will receive login information & instructions for taking the exam via our ON-line Learning System. You will have a time limit of 30 days for completion.
